The evil 'Order' have animated the dead an given them armour and magical axes. The Undead Warrior come in two varieties, normal and ghost. The latter is more difficult to spot as they are pretty much transparent. The axes they through come in quick succession and can do a considerable amount of damage. The best tactic is to find a laege object to hide behind and jump out to fire then dodge back to avoid the incoming missiles.
