The Catacomb Apocalypse was released in 1993 and is the third and final game in the Catacomb Adventure Series created by Softdisk using a progenitor of the Wolfenstein 3D engine. Whereas the previous two games had a fantasy setting; this game was set in the future and introduced some science fiction elements.
