Rebel Moon Rising can be played natively on all Windows OS up to Windows 7 (not tried it on Win 8). However if you have a 64 bit Windows 7 it will not install - you need to install the game on a 32 bit Version or 98/XP and then copy the installed directory to your 64 bit version. The rmr.exe file or shortcut needs to be set to run in Windows 95 compatibility mode.
