War in Heaven was developed by Eternal Warrior LLC and released in 1999. A Christian themed game, full of appropriate iconography; although I am not sure where the scantily clad female characters come from. Definitely an amateur effort as the graphics are at least 4 years old. You are also the slowest moving hero ever, even when running.
