Cyberdemon - A half demon, half robot. It is about 5 times the size of Doomguy, and can launch rockets that can go at an extremely fast speed. If the rockets manage to hit you face on, you could be killed in about 1 hit! The Cyberdemon is the boss at the end of Episode 2: Shores of Hell.
