Blood II: The Nightmare Levels is an expansion pack for Blood II: The Chosen on the LithTech engine developed by Monolith Productions and published by GT Interactive in 1999. Still stranded in the other world, the Chosen encounter an entity called the Nightmare, subjecting them to visions of their past. The game features several nostalgic nods to the first game in the Blood series, as well as a number of bugfixes for the base game. A second expansion, Blood II: Revelations, was being developed by Tequila Software but was cancelled that same year.
